My great idea!
So I am sitting here, my brain drawing a complete and utter blank, wondering what to make for dinners next week. Since I do grocery shopping once a week, I plan all the dinners for the week ahead on Thursday or Friday so I can get everything I need at the store. Anyways, I thought that I would start posting on the side bar of my blog what I am making for the upcoming week in the hope that all of you would do the same thing so that if one of you are making something that sounds delicious I will just email or call for the recipe and it would just make my life so much easier, and visa versa if there is something on my list that sounds good to you! So that is my great, life-altering idea for the week LOL! (hey - a small victory is still a victory non the less :)

Can I permanantly sign up to get the list every week :) Oh wait... that would imply that I cook dinner and you know how well and how often that happens ... I could post but it would look something more like a phone list than a menu list
I think it's a great idea! I'm having lasagna Sunday and that's as far as I've gotten. But your list sounds great.
Megan email me the asian rice bowl and the turkey cutlet item! We are having, BBQ chx brst with corn and baked beans, spaghetti, tuna casserole, tomato soup and grilled cheese, and chx quesadillas with corn and spanish rice---kind of boring
Figuring out what to make for dinner is one of my least favorite things. I try to make the weekly menu ahead of time, too, but I still have a hard time thinking of stuff. I'm so glad that you are doing this, I will definitely be checking often. I would love the Asian chicken noodle bowl recipe, my email is aakristalynford@yahoo.com
I will do the same thing with my menu as soon as I get it together! :)
Megan, email me soon- bowerbank@gmail.com
Megan,
SO long time no see. I got your blog off Beth's. I am TOTALLY a planner, so when I get my menus in place (I plan for 2 weeks instead of 1) I can let you know. One thing I did to make things easier, was to start making a list of all my family's favorite menu items, so I have a list of about 50-60 things I have made before, and then usually I just look through the list. We definitely have menus we like more than others.
But send me an email if you get a chance, oberryaa@usa.redcross.org, and give me an update. Your family picture was SO cute!
