Thanksgiving Point Farm Country

This week we went to Thanksgiving Point Farm Country. I am always amazed and what seems kind of 'whatever' to adults can be completely captivating to small kids. Anways, the kids got quite a kick out of the animals, Jake especially loved the turkeys, and telling all the other kids about the chickens :). I was surprised that Hailey wanted to get up close to the animals - I thought she would want to stay in the stroller at a safe distance. Bryce's favorite was the bunny cages. Then we went to the park and ate lunch in the shade, played on the playground for a while, then came home for some much needed rest.

I'm glad to hear that Jacob has embraced fowl. The first time we went there, he was scared to death of all the turkeys, chickens and such. I think the fluttering of their feathers freaked him out.
