The Top 10

Here are my Top 10 things I like about Christmas . . . .

• Jacob asking about 5 million times per day if he is still on the good list!

• Hailey's 'Ho Ho Ho' - which she will only recite when wearing the Santa hat

• Bryce eating the scraps of wrapping paper as I try to wrap the gifts

• The very long discussion with Jacob about Hot Chocolate and Hot Cocoa being the same thing (this ensued after watching Polar Express again and him taking serious issue with the Hot Chocolate song)

• Hailey sitting in the front room with the overhead lights off and the Christmas tree lights on, just watching the tree saying 'sparkle, sparkle'

• Bryce's seemingly magnetic connection from his fat little hands to the bottom of the tree (hence there are no ornaments hanging near the bottom of the tree :)

• Jacob's concern for Santa on his night flight, making sure that he clears Utah Lake, which, as we all know, if full of sharks!

• The hair-raising sound of Hailey chomping through a candy cane in about 30 seconds flat

• Bryce eating more wrapping paper that he had secretly stashed somewhere in the toy room

• The magic of Christmas with a house full of little people!
